We commit to applying our full expertise, best practices, and continuous optimisation to your campaigns. Any figures referenced in our marketing materials (e.g. "30+ jobs/month", "£2M generated") represent results achieved for clients under specific conditions and are not a guarantee of your individual results.
All systems, frameworks, creative assets, ad copy, automation sequences, and processes developed by Ascend Solutions remain the intellectual property of Ascend Marketing Group Ltd unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Upon full payment of all fees due, the Client retains the right to use campaign assets (ad creatives, copy) created specifically for their business. GoHighLevel pipelines and automation infrastructure built for a Client may be exported or handed over at the end of an engagement upon request and settlement of outstanding fees.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Ascend Solutions will not disclose your business data, revenue figures, or client information to any third party except as required to deliver the services (e.g. ad platform access) or as required by law.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement. Upon termination:
Ascend Solutions reserves the right to terminate the engagement immediately if a Client breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or engages in conduct that is unlawful or brings Ascend Solutions into disrepute.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascend Marketing Group Ltd's liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of contracts, or business interruption arising from our services or any failure thereof.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
